Can’t believe I only have a few more days of the Fix left! Three weeks flies. Looking forward to taking my final measurements and pictures. (at Fb.com/TeamTedFitness)
Tonight’s 21 Day Fix dinner is 1 red (seared and seasoned chicken breast), 1 yellow (herbed rice) and 1 green (baked Brussels sprouts and fresh sliced tomato). Flavorful and filling!

Enjoyed myself during Easter while visiting both of our families and went off my 21 Day Fix plan a little. Not thrilled, but it’s done. Made sure to get a workout in though, even if it was late at night. Today it’s right back on track with my last week of the Fix! (at Fb.com/TeamTedFitness)
We’re heading to see my family today for Easter, and have a few things going on before then. Decided to wake up early to make sure I got my workout in! Dirty 30 is in the books and I’m ready to tackle the day.

It’s not about starving yourself and eating less. It’s about fueling your body so it can run optimally. Give it the good stuff, and it’ll feel and look like a million bucks! Oh and maybe throw in some squats and pushups too… (at Fb.com/TeamTedFitness)
Craziness at the #BostonMarathon expo.
Decided to multitask and bake chicken while I did my Pilates Fix workout. Though it was a smart idea, man is it tough to workout while the delicious aroma of the baking chicken filled the apartment!

We are what we do, what we think, what we believe. Fixate on big goals, confidence, a positive outlook, and that’s what you’ll be. Focus on the negative, on complaining, on failure and that’s what you’ll get. (at Fb.com/TeamTedFitness)
Tonight it was #BodyBeast #Lucky7. Long day at work, but found a little time for a workout. This is one of my favorite moves from this routine. You start with one rep of each, then two, etc. all the way to 7. By the end you’re absolutely gassed.
Fitness and nutrition. Getting either one in check helps a lot, but together they make the real secret sauce to results, health, energy, and confidence. (at Fb.com/TeamTedFitness)
Just poached eggs for the first time! Happy to say it was a success. Served with a teaspoon of coconut oil, paprika and pepper. Tasty! (at Fb.com/TeamTedFitness)
