Really excited for my new Boston Marathon/Adidas goodies. This is my favorite style for drawstring bags and the hat I bought last year is one of my favorites, and this year’s colors are great. I don’t run, but I love this stuff and am happy to support those that choose to challenge themselves with the marathon.

Friday night workout is D O N E. You know you had a good workout when it’s exhausting to hold your phone up for a selfie. Now time to recover from this week…
Happy #flex_Friday #fitfam ! Time to show off your progress, whether it’s good or bad. I’ve struggled with my diet this week, too many chocolates and sweets and not enough water. And it’s why my results have stalled. I’m still really thrilled with where I’m at, but I know I’m capable of so much more. I have three and a half weeks left of #P90X3, which means I really have to buckle down and get laser focused. The body I want won’t just happen on its own, I need to work for it, earn it. Am I going to beat myself up over my indulgences this week? Nope. But I’ll accept responsibility for making those choices and the effects they’ve had on my progress. Getting mad, sad or guilty won’t move me forward; accepting, planning ahead and re-focusing will.
Did you get your workout in yet today?? Just finished up MMX and feeling great, sweaty, but great.
Meeting time. Made sure to come ready with my snacks! And these just helped me resist the temptation of a chocolate donut, so that’s great.
Stay committed to your goals, but remember there is more than one path to every outcome.
How much time do you devote to developing yourself? Your skills? Your relationships? Your soul? I used to think personal development was a goof, a gimmick, useless, but my tune has changed immensely since I gave it an honest and genuine try. I feel like I have learned so much about myself, about others, about compassion, about confidence. My only disappointment? Not starting sooner.
What tastes just like melted blackberry ice cream? My daily dose of nutrition! Frozen blackberries and vanilla shakeology this morning! Only downside is that it’s freezing today so drinking a frozen drink is a little tough hah. But worth it!
