Craziness at the #BostonMarathon expo.
Decided to multitask and bake chicken while I did my Pilates Fix workout. Though it was a smart idea, man is it tough to workout while the delicious aroma of the baking chicken filled the apartment!

Tonight it was #BodyBeast #Lucky7. Long day at work, but found a little time for a workout. This is one of my favorite moves from this routine. You start with one rep of each, then two, etc. all the way to 7. By the end you’re absolutely gassed.
